Help！ Need English Rom support Chinese

I found there is a ROM which supports Chinese which was built by 25-302, please download it from the below link:http://www.diypda.com/viewthread.php...a=page%3D1, please download it from the bottom of #1.
It seems from 19208 original ROM and added Chinese support.

I'm not really looking to flash a rom that supports it already, but am more interested in building it in to my rom made with the kitchen, or at least editing it after if not possible to build with the kitchen. I'll take a look at the post, at work so cant at the moment.
