It was a BuyItNow or BestOffer. As far as I can tell the lowest accepted offer on the Mogul was $175 and $225 on the Touch.

Following the feedback, it's most likely he's going in order from who ordered first (as in the few auctions before we caught on). I don't think he's shipping our touches yet.

I don't know if he's able to accept payments yet, but I just got my touch in from sprint. I just told them that I was offered the phone for $250 on a previous call and they gave it to me for that price with no hesitation. Free shipping too. If I ever get my phone from ebay, I guess I'll just sell it.

Yeah it sure sounds like the seller has an inside at guy Sprint putting in fake orders and shipping these out as advanced replacements or Tep warranty replacements if they actually include the return package asking for your phone return.
