I am having the same problem mentioned here with SPRINT TV not fully loading or something.
I get to the screen with the dots moving back and forth across the bottom but never any further... I am wondering if this is a system issue or is our software just fubar'd |

Mine is completely stock with the update and does not work. I gave up and am using MobiTV hoping the 6.1 update will fix the SprintTV issue as well.

Third time was not a charm
I activated my first Touch on 02/04/08. Everything worked fine except for SprintTV so I spent all day Tuesday with customer support. I too am getting stuck at the SprintTV logo screen with the bars. After working with them all day they suggested I take it back for another. Did that the same evening and same issue of getting stuck at the logo screen. Spent that evening with customer support as well as yesterday morning. After going through all the various resets, verifying phone settings, and sending multiple cab files still no luck. They recommended that I do another exchange figuring it still might be a hardware issue. Well...I'm on my third phone and still stuck. At this point it can't be the phone anymore? It's nice to know that I'm not the only one...SprintTV and moving bars!

Mine is on the sprint tv screen with the moving bars AKA: Knight Rider
Mine was working fine.... then I had to do a hard reset on 2.5.08 at about 6pm pacific time. After the hard reset..... it connected to sprint TV and did it's automatic update.... and it connected to sprint tv just fine..... I then quit all apps..... and ever since all I get is the sprint tv logo with the knight rider

![]() Give them a call it couldn't hurt any...its *2 on my touch should probably be the same for your Touch or Mogul. Now I told you everything that I did and I hope it works for you. I'm sure mine will work for 2 days and go out again... good luck everyone. that1guy
