I just got my touch today and tv works fine. But I would like to know if there is away to get the speaker louder too. As is you can hardly hear when on speaker.

Whats up with the head phones they give you. One side is a few inches longer than the other and the one side is short as hell.

After yall installed the 1005 cab, do you now have 2 (rather annoying) Sprint TV Icons in your programs list?

Yes, mine now has 2 TV icons.

Registry setting for SprintTV volume:
HKLM\Software\SprintTV\Volume

Mine was set at 60 by default. I would assume that is a percentage of 100.

Had that too, uninstalled and reinstalled to fix that problem.

You could also do the audiopara hack to increase total speaker and ear piece volume. I did and now sprint tv sound is great.

Activesync is already on your phone. You'll need to install it on your PC if you want to install applications or transfer files from it. In those cases you run an EXE file from your computer and it will install the application on your PPC via Activesync.

However, most apps, are also available in CAB files. CAB files are files that you execute directly from your PPC and act as installers on the device itself. Most of the time I just e-mail the CAB file to myself and check that e-mail on the device, download the CAB to the miniSD card, and run it from there.

SprintTV is already on your Vogue, just use the shortcut on the Cube or under Programs. If an upgrade is needed, it will all be handled on the device itself.
