If you have Windows XP either install it from your CD or from HERE

If you have Windows Vista you need Windows Mobile Device Center from HERE

After upgrading to WM6.1, SprintTV is dead for me. Just hangs at the very first screen with the yellow bars running back and forth at the bottom.

Same for me no SprintTV after WM6.1 Just hangs. Is there a fix for this?

im having the same problem with sprinttv.

Must be something with the ROM, I'm running the Sprint stock ROM and just tested it, watched CBS Mobile with no issues.

I noticed this too. Build 104 (Pre-Official Release) was the last build that worked for me. I might just flash back to this build since I don't really notice any difference.

i just recently installed the sprinttv update and it worked for about 2 days. now, it just hangs on the opening window for sprinttv. what can i do or should i do? my phone came with wm6.

You mean the old WM6 stock ROM?

For those who's SprintTV works, can you see if your device is recognized on the Sprint Powerdeck default homepage in PIE? Mine comes up as unknown device and I wonder if the same thing is tripping up SprintTV if Sprint's system is properly recognizing the phone. Perhaps a registry edit somewhere to fix the device ID would help.

Yes, the original ROM. I have not flashed my Sprint Touch at all.

Weird thing is today PowerDeck is saying my device is unknown, however, SprintTV still works, just tested FOX News and it works.

even after the latest round with sprint tv i couldnt get it to work on my mogul so i just said eff it...uninstalled and went aboot my business...
