Don't know if you have the same problem as me, but remove the side cover and check your memory card. make sure it's in all the way, I use my stylus to push it in. It has to 'click' and then you know the card is in tight.

I had the same problem, not sure how the card popped out in the first place though.

Re: Sprint HTC Touch - Bugs, complaints, etc.

Here's my problem: Phone rings. I see the caller id pop up, (using s2u2) and I press either the raised green button or the green phone icon to answer. Nothing happens, except it keeps on ringing and eventually goes to voicemail. This happens about 50 percent of the time. I used to think it might be that an active data connection might be causing this, but I have had it happen even when no data connections are active. Also, I uninstalled s2u2, and it happened without that program on the phone. Any ideas?

Had this same problem with two phones but they both had a custom rom on them. It's either s2u2 or schaps config if you have that installed.
I would hard reset twice in a row and start from scratch.

The scroll bar on my phone stopped working yesterday. I have the Home Customizer, Weather panel and PhatPhingers III Installed. The stop programs doesn't work for individual programs but it does for all programs. I have done several soft resets as well as powering off and on the phone. Nothing seems to work, I can't uninstall programs because the scroll bar doesn't work in any window. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I sure hope a hard reset isn't the answer. If it is could someone tell me how to backup what I have setup so I don't have to reenter all my contacts etc.

Seems I did something so that the stylus works to the right of the Scroll bar as do the red xs in the stop program list. I seem to remember there's some setting that does that, I just can't remember what. Did the alignment sequence and everything seems back to normal.

It's the name of the developer, check Menu - Help - About and you'll find that it says Powered by OZ - OZ Communications.
