i Just got the phone on yesterday and after inserting and removing the memory card twice, the side cover now seems loose. It sticks out a little bit and if i press hard on the top then the bottom portion pops out... any suggestions?

Don't know if you have the same problem as me, but remove the side cover and check your memory card. make sure it's in all the way, I use my stylus to push it in. It has to 'click' and then you know the card is in tight.

I had the same problem, not sure how the card popped out in the first place though.

Re: Sprint HTC Touch - Bugs, complaints, etc.

Here's my problem: Phone rings. I see the caller id pop up, (using s2u2) and I press either the raised green button or the green phone icon to answer. Nothing happens, except it keeps on ringing and eventually goes to voicemail. This happens about 50 percent of the time. I used to think it might be that an active data connection might be causing this, but I have had it happen even when no data connections are active. Also, I uninstalled s2u2, and it happened without that program on the phone. Any ideas?

Had this same problem with two phones but they both had a custom rom on them. It's either s2u2 or schaps config if you have that installed.
I would hard reset twice in a row and start from scratch.
