I am with w0rdie on this one, i prefer the smaller size phone. sure the keyboard would be nice, and everything, but i have lived the past 10 months wiht the touch keyboard, so i am sure that i could be happy with the diamond,

the pro does have a slot for micro sd, and the diamond just has 4 gb of built in memory. but i would still prefer the diamond i think, based on the smaller size. fits so much easier into your pocket then.

the pro is the replacement for the 6800, so if you like the 6800, you will like the pro, the diamond replaces the touch, if you like the touch, you will like the diamond.

anyone heard anything about a release date on the touchHD,(blackstone) or who the carriers are gonna be?

touchHD will not be released in the us. i read it on engadget i think. something bout wanting to focus sales on diamond and pro.

sorry for not really working on updates this week. got mid terms and work. this weekend i will be back

hey, so does anyone know exactly what files i need to get text, internet, and everything working. and also, where to get these files at.... i saw a lot of con's things in his ftp folder are still missing

who is your carrier? i can work on other carriers.

Dude,you just totally burst my bubble! Iv been looking forward to the HD since I first saw it. oh well the diamond looks pretty cool also. Are you gonna keep up developing for the vogue after you get your diamond?

alltel, i need the alltel carrier files, im messing with a sprint stock rom..... so i know to stop the customization, but then i need the alltel customization stuff i guess

oh yea, and i was also wondering, can i flash my phone rfom the memory card, its a touch.... im not sure and i couldn't find it again when i searched, but i think i saw something about putting the .nbh file in the root of the storage card and rebooting the phone......

Hey Con, you know if I ever need my phone warrantied if I should flash back to a stock rom, and should I relock? if thats even possible?

Well to help build another bubble for you, in the statement that axed the HD for the US market the HTC rep said "but, don't worry... we're working on something even cooler to bring over to the states in both GSM and CDMA flavors..."
