Something that I noticed on the MMS is that any i recieve come in with the 1 in front of the number for whoever sent it, whereas texts come in without the 1. so some versions do work to have them both i the same thread? If i can find a version i am sure i can get the server settings, I will play with the registry tonight and see if i can get it.

sounds great, and that does seem about the right period, alltel likes to release phones on thursdays. that is when the touch was out, on a thursday. So these days seem very likely.

Also i am sure I will pick one up the day they are out.

which one is better the Pro or the Diamond

They're the same phone more or less with a few minor things and the fact that the Pro has a hard slide out keypad that the Diamond does not have. Personally I'm more about keeping the phone's size down so I can live without the keyboard (I think).
