Yes, location is on and GPS viewer finds it (COM4 as usual), but status gets no fix. It'll show the number of satellites in view for a second, then they blink out. Google Maps shows no satellites, then 1 for a fraction of a second, then blinks out...

I'm still having trouble with my bt beeping with the roaming indicator. How do I go about checking the difference between Con's new ROM and Alltel's newest ROM which doesn't have this problem? Do I copy the registery of the both of them and compare the differences? Can I do this without having both of them installed one at a time? I did a search and haven't found the answer to this problem yet.

i have been around, i got a sprint diamond, i have everything workin on alltel now, i am playing with that, i should have a custom for that here by this week. so when the alltel diamond comes out there will already be custom for it

I will look into this, i had to use some of the registry from older base, i will look into it, compare the files and try and find out what is going on. give me some time though, i am going to have to compare about 8000 lines of registry to find out what to change.

In the next release i will be getting rid or the stock phone pad, and going with the diamond keypad. I will also then be going through and testing out a new volume control and everything. but i am going to have to port all of these over from the diamond, so it might take me a lil time. Also if anyone would wnat to test when i get it going let me know. Thanks.

but have no fear, i did go silent for a few days, but i have been around and playing with some things. and i should soon have everything the way i want it.
