That sucks man, best thing to do is just call back, suck up to the person that answers (well not suck up just be really nice) and hopefully they can help you out. They have to be seeing different inventory's or something or people to get such varied responses. I just happened to get lucky this time after dealing with other crap. Was like my 6th or so call. If they cant help just hang up or try to get off the line and try again...
I really doubt they keep track of how many calls you do like Sprint actually does...
