Hit the thanks button. Lol it would be great if it was the same lady, I had the same shipping options... I think her name was Julia or something with a J? Shes like two ppl just called in with the same excuse? They lied to me! I'm canceling both phones and sending them TP's!!!

When I send in my old touch pro can I keep the Batt and stylus? Wanna sell all my extra accessories...
