so i just did mine should be here on Tuesday. and i didnt even had to ask for a touch pro two she said ill be getting a htc touch pro 2 because they discontinued the touch pro for all th issues it was having and they are replacing them with the touch pro 2 weird huh? anyways im happy im getting mine

how do u get asurion to charge the deductible to ur fone bill? they have told me several times that it isnt possible. im on verizon

Yeah, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who's trying their damnedest to get the deductible jacked up another 50 bucks by "breaking" their Touch Pro in order to get a bigger version of the Touch Pro known as the Touch Pro 2. As soon as the next one comes out, you're just going to be doing the same thing. Like Trol above me said, remember the mogul??

u need to provide a debit card or file an e-check.

asurion is a 3rd party insurance company that works with Verizon, among many other carriers they are not authorized BY ANY MEANS to place the deductible amount on the bill

talked to Asurion about an hour ago, got connected to a woman in CEO services, told her the issue about my TP, said she would send out a TP2.....we'll see for sure next week, haven't received the confirmation email yet........my TP was under warranty, so no $.
