Asurion replacing TP with TP2 - Page 32

I love Asurion, i got a little scared wen i had 2 send all that information, but i just got of the phone with a representative and after i complained bout my tp and refused the other replacements she put me on hold and told me in 5-7 days i would get a tp2. I'm so happy, this is why i pay that $7 a month for insurance, so i can get a $600 phone for $100. SPRINT!!!

Jus got off phone with Asurion, once again offered me a Snap, Treo Pro, Tour, or Curve, told her I couldn't use them because of small keyboard, non-touch screen, lesser memory, etc, & I need a large keyboard with a touch screen and Windows Mobile for work, put me on hold, came back & got me a Touch Pro 2! I have to wait up to 5 business days though for it, but she put in the order and charged the deductible to my account.

Through a Sprint Repair center..... however not through asurion..... unless that wrinkle is physical damage caused by you.

hmm... ill go call them again... they couldnt even put me on backorder last time... stupid usb port....

Yeah they told me the same thing last nite also, so I made sure she said Touch Pro 2 and she confirmed it, BNIB

Dang it..I thought I had it the 2nd time. I was transferred to I believe a supervisor and I thought she said she can order the TP2 but when I reconfirmed she said TP2 she said no TP1. I told her I would wait and call back.

SUCCESS!!!! i got a lady that told me all phones were out of stock (funny that the guy earlier told me he had all but TP1 and TP2) and so i said I want a supervisor. I got transferd and she was a very nice lady that said she would order me one on back order it will be here within 5-7 business days!!!! cant wait to not have to charge my batts in the dock anymore as well as syncing with bluetooth LOL. I did get charged 100$ onto my sprint account to.

got my phone, charging it for at least an hour before booting up and activating, chargings for 12 hours is BS IMO

Ive been calling twice a day since yesterday morning. So far...Not Successful. I thought I had it right now since the rep was really nice and offered me a Treo Pro, Snap, Touch and Blackberry. I told him I needed Windows Mobile and A touch screen and a Slide Out Keyboard. He said that the obly phone comparable phone he could offer me was ( I was waiting for the name TOUCH PRO 2) but bayem hit me with TOUCH PRO. Then I asked about the Touch Pro 2 but he said since it was out OOS he didnt even bother to offer it. Then I said If he could BackOrder me the Touch PRO 2 and said, !!!NO!!!.
