I got it!
At first I was sent a Touch Pro, not even a week later it goes bad (hot spot on the screen). I called today and she said all she could do was send me another Touch Pro. I was pretty pissed. Well she was filling out the forms and then said, "The touch pro is no longer in the system, would you like a Blackberry, or a TP2." Yesss! This may work for everyone, she didn't say that it was on backorder. She said it was no longer in the system. Good luck everyone! |

What option are you picking to see what phone they may send you? When I pick damaged phone I get a message saying I need to contact Sprint and it exits the claim.

i just called them. i was on the phone with a pretty nice lady. i also have screen issues and told her that. she said all she could do was send me a touch pro. i asked if there was any other phone that was comparable to mine. she said no. she took me through till i had 2 give her my Credit card info. i refused politely and hung up. oh well, guess not today

You know when you go to google and just type in "replace TP" it comes up with this entire scheme that everyone is trying to do?
I wish when someone posted this once people just tried it and didn't continue the thread. So what you tried and it didn't work; why do you need to post on the thread. By now people should realize it works for some but not for EVERYONE. Can you also update me on what you ate for breakfast? j/k Lets let these threads die out for awhile and in a couple of months try it out again. |

So I've had my original TP for over a year, no real issues with it. I read these threads and of course wish I could upgrade, but not wanting to scam or spend the money.
Anyway, I dropped my phone. Big chunk of chrome broke off where the stylus is, and it randomly freezes and shuts off now. I got on phoneclaim.com and put in a claim, and it said I was recieving a TP2!! I can't complain about that!!! What I can complain about is that I paid an extra $20 for Saturday delivery, but the snowstorm stopped FedEx....guess I'm waiting till Monday after all |
