well i got the phone and wonders wonders is a brand new phone. Im not sure should i be happy that its a new phone or sad that its a new phone hence not liable to screw up soon and hence unchangable for a TP2

FYI if you receive a replacement TP and claim you have issues on it, good chance they will tell you you need to go to a sprint store and have it checked out before they send out another replacement. I had overheating on my first, my refurb freezes on overnight charging and back to the store i go.

that is a good idea. i am going through the same exact thing on my 4th TP. The new refurb i got is worse than the phone i dropped off lol. called business customer support and a supervisor told me i HAVE to go back to the store to complain they can't do anything for me over the phone. even when i threatened canceling the full business account (Over 1k a month bill) she said she could not do anything except sell me a new phone and have me sign up another 2 years.
