Just to report, I called Sprint Support on a problem with my TP end of January. They said that they didn't have any Touch Pros in stock, and they'd have to upgrade me. They sent me a Touch Pro 2, free of charge... Just throwing that out there.

Took my touch pro with keyboard problems to the sprint store yesterday, they ordered me another touch pro, it will be coming to the store in 3-5 days and I go there to pick it up, has anyone ever done this before and what do I have to bring with me, I don't want to make multiple trips through the snow just to have a working keyboard.

guys need some advice i called again late at night( i usually seem to find very cooperative reps late at night) and the rep again told me that sorry they dont have any in stock but they might by the end of the week i had asked him if he can cancel that replacement phone they had sent me and he said unfortunatly not but i can refuse the package when it comes ( ie tell the UPS guy sorry i dont want to accept it and return it to sender) My question is would that cause any problem for me and would it be advisable to do it or just take the replacement phone and wait for it to die also so i can call in again? |

well i got the phone and wonders wonders is a brand new phone. Im not sure should i be happy that its a new phone or sad that its a new phone hence not liable to screw up soon and hence unchangable for a TP2
