guys need some advice i called again late at night( i usually seem to find very cooperative reps late at night) and the rep again told me that sorry they dont have any in stock but they might by the end of the week i had asked him if he can cancel that replacement phone they had sent me and he said unfortunatly not but i can refuse the package when it comes ( ie tell the UPS guy sorry i dont want to accept it and return it to sender)

My question is would that cause any problem for me and would it be advisable to do it or just take the replacement phone and wait for it to die also so i can call in again?
