Sprint replacing Touch Pro with Touch Pro 2! - Page 222

A couple of days ago my phone fell out of the holster and hit a tiled floor flat on the screen. The screen did not break but I only get a fraction of an inch of display on the left side of the screen from top to bottom.

I tried getting a new TP2 or Hero but they only offered me a $75 discount from list (Sprint policy). So I opted to have my phone repaired. They could not so they are shipping me a replacement TP for $119. I am hoping on getting a new TP or even better a TP2 but who knows.

I'll post back here tomorrow and let you know what I get.

My touchpro key board finally gave out on me =( i would like to try for a touch pro two should i go in store or call asurion this is my third tp ?

I have trolled this forum and read every page keeping updated waiting for my TP to act up. For the record. I have had a TP since they first came out, it was the replacement for my mogul. I loved it for the year I had it and it worked awesome. I am anxious to try the TP2 but still content with the TP. So a week ago, running PSYKI's latest ROM my phone started to only work in Landscape mode. It was cool for a few days then it started to flip between the two modes so fast I couldn't do anything. I reflashed, same problem. So I went back to Sprint stock knowing I would be calling asurion. I relocked and had the same problems. Called them up explained the problem and NIB TP is on the way today. I like the TP so I am excited, I hope it lasts.

Update: it's a refurb, I was excited for it to be NIB. Now I hold my breath to see if it shows symptoms and then maybe into a TP2
