I had second thoughts about that yesterday also couldn't decide if i should look for tape or not lol to bad i already mailed it, should have taped it up oh well. At least I have the tracking number in the system, its usps responsibility now if its lost or stolen. Im curious did you guys bother to write the tracking # down for reference and check it after to see if they receive it? I did!
The tracking number is in your email with the shipment info, I have it saved just in case. What do you guys mean by the tape? did you tape the whole envelope?

oh I see thanks. I didnt know they sent a email.

as for the tape I was just responding to what magoo wrote when he mention to use lots of tape.

Every time I've replaced a phone with Sprint and got a new in-box phone, I've only had to return the old phone itself. So basically whatever I have in my pocket minus the data card. I've never been asked for anything back from the box and have never returned anything. The result of this is 6 chargers for the same phone laying around my house (I've returned a lot of phones....)

So last week I sent the phone, the label was already in the envelope, all I had to do is put the phone inside and ship. Now sprint is emailing me that they didn't receive the phone yet and they might charge me from $50 to $200 wtf? the return tracking number that I have in my email isnt showing any process, I dont have no prouve that I sent it , its all in post office hands. I dont know what to do, any advise?

I need to send mine back ..maybe tommorrow. So can i just send in the bare bone phone? I want to keep everything.

P.S. Nice seeing you around here. I remember when you were customizing the Vogue UI when it first came out. Those were the days.

Sorry to here that happened, mine made it to sprint in two days, but I made sure I stood in line to hand it over to usps instead of just dropping it in the package mail in fear of this happening to me. Hope you get it resolved.

Yes you can, I'm not sure about the battery cover I left it on, but i kept everything else including the battery and I have yet to hear from them.

Actually I handed the envelope to the lady and she told me you're all good and I left, God knows what happened after that, Im gonna contact ecare to see what thay gonna say.

As I informed do the right thing, but I've not seen any1 get charged for keeping an item, through Insurance nor TEP. Being a new model it'll be a few months till we start seeing TPro's refurb's so no worries there. Ordered a replacement for a mogul and a TPro was sent and requested a TPro do to cracked screen and customer received a new stock TPro. Hope that helps if already sent it's k, you now next time a replacement comes around to fix your next model or current.
