-The gold was a fun one. A whole package of Golden Yellow power dye, about 15 minutes as well. This one came out very unique and I like it. Looks much better in person
-Blue was royal blue power, NOT MUCH POWDER and literally took about 4 minutes to get it to this color and I pulled it. I originally tried and left it in about 10 minutes and it looked too purple, so I just went ahead and made it black.
-Red was Scarlet liquid dye. Took about 10-15 minutes. Really like this one.
-OEM one for comparison. It has a crack in the camera lens, so didn't want to dye this one.

In all cases, I had the water on a "4.5" out of 12 options for heat on my stove. I started with hot water from the faucet and let it get hot enough to let my fingers sit in there a few seconds without feeling pain.

I really like the blue one. i was wondering if people are still selling some here? Pm me if you are we might be able to work something out.

Clean it w/soap and water, then for good measure, boil some water in there. You will typically notice that even after a good washing, after boiling you'll see some dye come up.

Usually after that, your in the clear. I have used the same pot for a ton of backs and it appears to clean, definitely clean enough to eat out of.

Re: A $1.48 goes a long way... Black Battery Cover!

So I got a free skinit with my phone purchase from Best Buy. I'm a big NC State fan so I've been trying to customize my phone to fit as much as possible. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of any of the skinit skins. I want my phone to still look somewhat professional. If I were to cut out the block S logo from the right side of this picture could I apply it to a dyed black back, then apply bestskinsever on top? Has anyone ever had experience cutting just part of a Skinit logo off?

Where did you get your replacement covers? I would like to be able to switch them out from color to color. Also, mine just chipped (maybe weakened by being the pot too long).

i had my black one crack the other day.....then a piece broke off. I went to two local sprint stores and they were very nice...i just asked them if they had any spare TP covers cause mine cracked. both stores looked in the back for me. one didnt have any but gave me his card and told me to give him a call in a few days and he will get one for me, then went to another store and they had one, and just gave it to me. Seems that they have no problems just giving you a spare.

so i would check out any local sprint store.
