A friend bought them off some guy off craigslist in a "bundle." Yes, for the amount of covers he got, he is making money if he sells them at this price. I don't even have a Touch Pro - although I wish I did.

It will as long as you follow all the instructions! The red stylus and USB port add a nice accent.
