A $1.48 goes a long way... Black Battery Cover!

I tried this and just the the heck of it... put the back cover in my environmental chamber at work for a couple of heat cycles and high humidity... The dye held up with nothing coming off on my fingers. Great idea and thank you. Love my Pro even more now.

Anyways I just dropped by whatever Sprint store I had to drive by in the normal course of my day and I managed to come home with 3 covers after making 4 stops. I simply walked in and politely asked if they had any extra Pro covers. They went to the back and checked for me and came out with one except for that one place (it was a small hole in the wall anyway). So I now have a black cover and three "blanks". Politeness pays in this case. I wouldnt say go out of ur way bcuz I sure didnt, but a quick head in the door never hurt if its near ur favorite place to eat or shop. I'm doing royal blue, orange, and some kind of green next. That will be four colors to match my most common themes.

Great idea... I'll go hit up some Sprint stores to see if they have an extra battery cover and battery.

I was wondering about this. I scrubbed the heck out of it and put it back in the pantry. Didn't see any warning on the label. Just said to clean with clorine.

How does the dye on the stylus hold up? Feels like a different material than the battery cover.
