Re: Retention Offer Revoked : EMT Dprt????
If they do not give the prices they offered, you should at least ask them about the "broken promise credit" they give for such situations. (assuming the price was notated on your account).
note to the OP: While you can not "publicate" this information you certainly can "republicate" it. From Webster's: Republicate; to make public again, to republish. Keep yourself a spell checker and add dictionary.com to your favorites. You never know when someone is going to pop into your thread and only point out that you misspelled something or used a word that doesn't exist. Last edited by meccadon123; 11-01-2008 at 04:17 AM. |

Re: Retention Offer Revoked : EMT Dprt????
The escalated management team is the last resort. They are the most difficult. I had to deal with them to get my Pro. But I only got it at 349 they normally run 429 with 2 yr contract. If you threaten to cancel and cause a stink they will more then likely do that for you, since you were quoted an initial price. They should have to eat it.

Anywho, I fear I may be in the same predicament when I call to get my pro.... I want them to honor the deal retentions gave me.

Re: Retention Offer Revoked : EMT Dprt????
the big deal is that i have already fulfilled my end of the deal...now they want to back out of it.
i have written proof that the offer was made, have it in a e-mail sent to me by eCare but they said that e-mails can be altered so that wouldnt count for much. i have no problem going to a different company, its just "easier" for me to stay with Sprint. Been with them forever. Bundo- your act is getting old bro, go the the titan section...and to the others who corrected me, "thanks". no big deal. my family owns a medical school not an English grammar school. really no need for your input but i understand this is a forum... UPDATE: still waiting for the call, supposed to come in anytime after 8am. -Chez |
