the big deal is that i have already fulfilled my end of the deal...now they want to back out of it.

i have written proof that the offer was made, have it in a e-mail sent to me by eCare but they said that e-mails can be altered so that wouldnt count for much.

i have no problem going to a different company, its just "easier" for me to stay with Sprint. Been with them forever.
