The escalated management team is the last resort. They are the most difficult. I had to deal with them to get my Pro. But I only got it at 349 they normally run 429 with 2 yr contract. If you threaten to cancel and cause a stink they will more then likely do that for you, since you were quoted an initial price. They should have to eat it.
