so what do you do to swap it out and only have to pay a 30 dollar diff. and what did you say the problem was with the mogul? i would like to switch my mogul as-well. thanks.

This isn't about just getting a swap, its about people who have had legitimate problems. Some have succeeded in getting a swap and some haven't, I can tell you word for word exactly what I did and even though it worked for me doesn't mean its going to work for you. Again I must stress that I am not going to help someone get a free phone just for the hell of it, but if you have legitimate issues then I am sure many of us would help you to the best of our abilities.

if you have real problems with the mogul then report them, but i'm sure they're a lot more strict with approving exchanges now that people are trying to exploit the system. that's probably the reason ecare is breaking promises now.
i had legitimate problems with mine... i'm not advocating being dishonest just to get an upgrade, that would ruin future trades for the rest of us and like i said, it seems like it's already ruining chances for some of us now.

In fact, if they think you're BSing them... not only will they reject you, but they'll probably put a note on your account... and we've all heard the story of the crying wolf.
When you actually do need them, it'll come back to bite you in the a$$.

heh, i just noticed they took the original touch off their site for order, to make room for the TP i'm guessing...

I hear you. Personally, I love the Mogul's features. The problem is, I've had 5 of them in 10 months. I just want something of equal value, and if the TP is the upgraded version of this, then so be it. Yes, we'll see tomorrow. Christmas Eve has nothing on this!

oh i see. well i have issues with it. but i have not gone through 4 or 5 of them. however mine will mess up and make me have to soft reset a lot. and the keybord buttons you have to press with 1000 lbs psi to make it register sometimes.

LOL, I just checked the website the mogul and the pro are both going for $299 with a 2 year contract.
