very funny yesterday they told me it was on back order................how long should a back order take?....not long i hope i got a refurbd mogul today and my TP order was dated 11-4-08? peculiar ALSO theres no tracking #

Return Kit ships separate from the Phone...Why Sprint does that beats the heck out of me

How long has it been taking for folks to receive their return kits? And how does is come, just standard mail? I hope so because we're never home to receive anything.

When my first mogul got replaced with a diamond, the return kit was sent with the diamond in the same box. Now with the pro replacing my other mogul, I actually got the return kit in an envelope through usps with return label for ups. And as far as a time frame, it took just a few days to get it through the mail.

I was told that they were supposed to order a return kit when the phone was ordered, but they didn't do that for me; so when i called to get one ordered this lady said she'd call me today to confirm that i received the TP and order my return kit (which she did). So no, i didn't receive the kit but it is on it's way... returning my mogul as well. Hope this helps. She gave me some number to call, but also said I could just call *2 cause there was a note on my account about the kit.

haha, i hear ya. i was going nuts when they weren't responding and then when they started tossing me around from dept to dept on the phone. As long as you don't back down, they end up honoring their word. You gotta admit though, it's all worth it considering how hard it would be to get deals like this with some other carrier. I hope sprint stays alive...

After the email they sent me saying they reordered it and upgrading the shipping to overnight....I got the email stating they were back ordered....DANG IT!!
