i had a 10/13 which i returned for speaker issues

then i had a 10/26 which i had to return for because of software issues(the dialer would alway open when i opened the keyboard and opera would crash if it opened)

now i have a 11/06/2008 and so far im happy

I've got an 11/8/08 one which replaced my 10/08 model. The wiggle in the screen is fixed and there are no cracks in the chrome!

so far so good with my touch pro "trained" the battery now it will last almost all day with heavy use.

I can corroborate that the battery life is much better now that the battery itself has had time to break in.

I have the raised home key which has been driving me crazy. At first I thought I was picky, but now I can see other people have been annoyed by it. I thought the speaker sounded a little blown when I had the volume up at 80%, but I wasn't sure. I got this at another sprint store (out of the area). The sprint store in my town has been out for 2 weeks. How do I get this returned if they are out? I don't want the 30 days to go by... Can I ask that they put me on a list for when the Touch Pros come in?

10/15, bought it at the sprint store on 11/1 -- i just got a return kit to reserve a replacement -- i am going to visit the store to do a swap (put in a ticket within my 30 days)

i've been happy with the phone software-wise, but the build quality (call speaker / speakerphone / screen wiggle)
