i'm losing about 10% per hour...

I have installed no hacks at all. I bought this Nov 1 at Best Buy and bat drained pretty quickly for my taste. last two days I could not get though a full day with out charging it.
Today unplugged at 8:30 am and got critical battery message at 6:15pm. I had bluetooth on for about 4 hrs and I used windows live for about 25 min total including gps feature, I also made about 10 calls. So far this is worse than my 6700 in holding charge. I need a full 24 hrs out of mine.I will apply the bat reg cab and let you know how that works.

I would have to say my mogul after hacks and 6.1 update was great for battery life. I could watch 3+ hours of slingbox in a sitting now i'm lucky to get 1 hour! I'm not too impressed with the pro's battery life I hope something gets done to help it.

Has anyone looked into getting the batteries off of ebay? i been seeing that they are offering 2 batteries for about 30 bucks? maybe this is the solution to battery issues?

im running my TP into the ground right now..turned everything ON, at about 20%, in an hr or so it should be dry

hoping this will "recalibrate" my battery or whatever

I tried listening to internet radio in my car last night for about an 45 mins and the battery dropped from 70% to 20%.

I was browsing the web for part of the time, but holy ****! That is just plain bad!

Cool, that sounds similar to what im doing now but will try. It honestly sounds like i might have a bad battery or device going off what others are saying. I will try these steps and see if that makes a difference. I know that battery life isnt going to be great, but a 10% loss per hour while doing nothing or going dead on a 1hr phone call is just crazy

tried the cab with battery fix, roaming and tetering. battery still sucks.

My battery life's been up & down. I notice that it dies too quickly at times. I'm quite a heavy user. I do hope they come out with a stronger battery.

As for the battery life: lot worse than Treo 700WX for same usage.
I get it 100% in the morning: turn Bluetooth on, log into XM radio stream, connect to my helmet BT and ride to work 30 minutes.
Treo700wx :90%
TouchPro: 75%

regular use, wi-fi off, BT on throughout the day, by 5pm

Treo700WX:45-55%
TouchPro:10-30%

Log into XM stream, connect to helmet BT

TreoWX: good till put on charge @11pm most days
TouchPro: dead beofre I arrive home
