Never's a long time.
I doubt we'll get them soon. I also doubt there's anything we won't pretty much get... eventually. |

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)
After reading through several pages, I did not locate the info I needed. I have haret and android set up on my phone using the AIO. Worked like a champ, configured up 99 % of what I do in WM6. Set up Dualboot to boot directly in Android.
What I am trying to figure out is if anyone has managed to set up wifi-tethering yet? |

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)
check post two in this thread. I don't know that anyone has actually used it with raph800, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

So there's hope that we'll have camera, GPS, USB and all that, but it may take a while. We may never get it, who knows the project could just die if devs lose interest in it. I sincerely hope that doesn't happen, but that's how open source works unfortunately. You can have amazingly fast development cycles if you have a ton of committed developers working on it, or you can have snails pace sometimes completely stagnant projects if no devs work on it... make sense? No one is getting paid by the hour to crank this stuff out, and no company is giving us information to help build this either. So take it or leave it, this is how it is. |
