How to get iGo8 run on TP2 with TTS enable and 2009 NA Maps (step by step guide)

Just letting you guys know that i have igo8 w/tts working fine on Cfay's 1.4 rom. It also worked fine on his 1.3 rom. As long as I disable manilla (got a script for that) even after heavy internet use tts works no prob (dave or susan). Don't have to kill any processes or run cleanram either. TTS working was a make or break it for me when choosing a rom and trust me i became a rom junkie. lol Hope this helps!

I've disabled all of the above mentioned, opera, poutlook,tmail,manila, and selected Dave, but still no TTS on Mighty Rom WAR???

Have you tried to remove opera from startup (in registry)
HKCU->Software->HTC->Bootlauncher
HKCU->Software->HTC->Manila->Internet.setOperaForeGround->0

And remove operal.exe from exclusive list?
HKCU->Software->HTC->TaskManger->Exclusivelist

Ad then soft reset. Please report back results. Thanks!

Sorry, don't know about WAR. I'm just using his standard ROM.

I'm on MM War rom and my TTS works most of the time using the igo mort script here. Not sure why it works then dont work sometimes. I can make it work 100% of the time if I disable sense, reset, then run the script.

In clean ram I checked include leve 1, Reset Processes mdoe, and Show hidden Process. On the Customized process list I added tmail.exe, voicecmd.exe, BTTrayCE.exe.

Thanks for the instructions. I able to run igo without any problems, but not able to hear any sound, the sound icon on the navigation screen is disabled. anyone help out to enable the sound? In igo sound setting all options are selected.

Just use Reco File Explorer and make a shortcut.

You can also just copy the script into \Windows\Start Menu\Programs
