Re: How to extract imgfs.bin from a custom ROM
Well how rom extractor will help me in this case? My tp 2 does not have those 2 dlls. They are in the custom rom installation nbh file that supports unicode. I just need to get the imgfs from the custom rom installation without having to install to my tp 2 first.

Re: How to extract imgfs.bin from a custom ROM
Long story short. I gave the phone to my sister for the long trip out of the country and she did not know how to do it so I need to extract those two files and asked her to copy over the in \windows directory.

Re: How to extract imgfs.bin from a custom ROM
I took it from my custom rom found in the cdma touch pro 2 section "userROM" . so if that's not what you're looking for maybe post the link to the rom you need like horndoctor and others suggested .

Re: How to extract imgfs.bin from a custom ROM
Had you found a way to extract files from your cooked ROM?
If no there is a way to extract/modify any ROM.Go to http://aniruddhamukherjee.wikispaces...n+HTC+nbh+file and follow the instuctions. Only thing to change is the compression method used for your device. see this at step 6 : Generate new Imgfs from Dump. e.g. for my device which is Touch HD aka Blackstone the compression format is XPR and not LZX. Try this method ! |
