It's not required, but suggested. I've seen a few people who performed a hard reset, and all their issues disappeared.

Does anyone else have this issue? Every time I get a new text, the on-screen keyboard comes up but nothing else. I look at my phone and its my mobile shell homepage with all my normal icons but it also has the keyboard....

I didn't due a hard reset the first time originally running a stock Sprint Rom and it was running really sluggish. Just did a hard reset and reinstalled everything and it is running a lot better now. So it doesn't hurt to do a hard reset after install it's not like you have anything installed.

I am having problems with updating contacts with Facebook link...it shows updating on the "updates and events" tab under contacts...and it does not update....my contacts are synchronized with my outlook

I cant send pictures right now. I tried this only once before hard reseting the phone due to the music player not playing the songs off my microSD and picture messaging was fine. I sent out one picture.

But right now its saying it couldnt send.


I wonder if the network is down or m phone is messed up.


Anyone experiencing similar problems ?

You know I have the same problem. My GPS Weather shows I am in Oakland, CA but I am in Reno, NV 265 miles away. Can't seem to find anyway to force to choose location Manually

Tools/ settings/quickgps, update it, see what that does.

I am noticing when i type in passwords if I keep the keyboard open and submit like for face book or palringo it tells me failure but when I close the keyboard it takes it...
