Also, I can see a valid suggestion in there.

To deal with people who claim to have donated whilst still not having been able to unlock their device, I'm going to change things slightly so that if you somehow manage to donate without entering your device's IMEI, our system will hold that as a credit and I will put up a page where you can go to redeem it automatically.

All that will be required is your e-mail and the correct IMEI of your device.

if there is anyone who is still currently afflicted with the above issue, please send me a PM with your donation details as it will give me some data to work with.

First of all, I'd like to follow up and say I heard back from cmonex, who was very patient and helpful. Thank you!
That's all I was really complaining about- I got this replacement phone and felt frustrated with my experience trying to unlock it. When I had questions/concerns, it became even more frustrating when I felt like I was being ignored. Perhaps it was just bad timing, but I found this thread of others with similar complaints/problems, it just sort of fueled some angry remarks.
I'd like to apologize for that.

I claim to be no genius. However, as I suggested to cmonex, perhaps you should allow 2-3 unlocks per person before declaring them running a business? Many people get replacement phones, or live in the same house / dorm with the same handset. Who is to say which person gets the "free" unlock? Could raise all sorts of complaints about being fair (which I'm sure it has).

Obviously, the person with 100 imeis to unlock should be flagged as having to pay for them. But if I may be so bold, I'd like to suggest that one per person/IP/etc may be unnecessarily limiting to people who are NOT looking to sell your work.

But see, this didn't work for me- the very first time I ran the unlocker, I had to submit a ticket to clear my IMEI. Why? I have a static IP and it was my first Rhodium. Doesn't make sense.

well I hope you weren't referring to me I was never talking shit but did I have my valid reasons about suggestions and as to why i said what i had wrote. I even replied back to him with my valid reasons and at least he took one into consideration, as to the others though... I don't know where they all "magically" poof into..

definitely not you Caliboy youre the only one who stood up for what he posted, but even you know NOBODY had anything else to say. I guess you can call it resolution because they added some extra features that most people didn't need anyways (like i said i've unlocked my tp2 3 times due to exchange and never had a problem), but its still only 2 unlocks and you still have to donate and go through the process. This thread was about 12 pages long and Caliboy was the only one who spoke to olipro, everyone else who complained is a clown.
