Re: *****hspl***** is there support for it anymore?
my biggest problem
"Licensing information: it's like with previous Hard-SPL unlockers - every user gets one free use of the Hard-SPL, further use is subject to paying 3GBP per each device. however, if you are a private user, you can have other uses free on request if needed, such as using it on a replacement device. the license is valid forever and all this works as transparently as possible, so for normal users nothing is noticable; while businesses who need to unlock more devices than that, can use the link inside the program to send payment or contact cmonex or Olipro if you want to discuss bulk unlocking. contact info is: via support link at our site." I personally have paid the 6 bucks and still get the already unlocked a device error. From both of my laptop's. I have already done the "request if needed" step... and nothing.

What, did u change your mind and relock/unlock again 3x per phone??? lmao Besides, you're missing the point- My problem is more with their attitude than the actual product. Yes, the first time the product failed. I got it working in the end, and many people got it working by paying a license fee. I could pay again and have it working I'm sure. But charging for the HSPL was supposed to be a deterrent for people vending it out for money, and since I'm not doing that it feels wrong to pay for a product that is accusing me of it.

Re: *****hspl***** is there support for it anymore?
Assuming you file your ticket in the correct department and assuming you give all the relevant info first time (and the autoresponse e-mail WILL tell you what you should have written so you can go back and do it) then you WILL get a response.
as a simple note for those who claim to have paid to unlock their device: when you paid you should have seen your IMEI included in the details, if you didn't then your problem is that the software can't get your device's IMEI. we have hundreds of tickets, if you're someone who's whining because you already unlocked 2 devices (yes that's right, you get 2 ****ing devices free) and you're such a dumb **** that you smashed both and on you're third phone and it pains you to shell out the 4 quid then you can open a ticket and we WILL reply, but expect it to take a week or more. Now, after this post, some targeted responses are going to follow.

We block you after 2 devices, if you think you're a "customer" of ours then please go ahead and tell me what IMEI it was you donated for. otherwise, you're talking bullshit, you're not a ****ing customer, you're someone who's pissed off that they can't keep flashing devices for free. |

Re: *****hspl***** is there support for it anymore?
I guess that is the rude respond... I personally have my own device unlocked correctly but really? calling people dumb "f's"... because they apparently smashed there phone two to three times, really? there is other reasons that can cause the phone to need to be a replacement such as it was stolen, hardware issues, ect.
