First of all, I'd like to follow up and say I heard back from cmonex, who was very patient and helpful. Thank you!
That's all I was really complaining about- I got this replacement phone and felt frustrated with my experience trying to unlock it. When I had questions/concerns, it became even more frustrating when I felt like I was being ignored. Perhaps it was just bad timing, but I found this thread of others with similar complaints/problems, it just sort of fueled some angry remarks. I'd like to apologize for that. Quote:

To help us break down our workload, we have now created a number of help topics in our ticket system that relate to the specific device you have and type of query - so long as you open a ticket in the correct dept then we will be able to respond.

I never had such a form from Sprint. They just gave me a brand new device in a box and I was on my way. So I replied to the e-mail, pointing to the thread I created about the rainbow banding. If I were really going to be unlocking bulk phones, would I create a brand new thread for each phone? C'mon now. I never received a repy about being security unlocked. Now with just doing a regular HSPL, my ticket has been open since March 3rd. No reply. I can understand being busy... but having an issue to take over 3 weeks to resolve? Being nazis about "proving" a *single* replacement device for someone who paid? None of those things make a lot of sense to make people who WANT to pay. Why make those willing to pay jump through hoops? Just my option, and nothing more. I have no hard feelings and appreciate their hard work. I guess I just think differently. |

Well my take is.. you can't really judge the whole elite team based on the way Oilpro expressed his thoughts, I don't think he would care if he was temp banned either way. I don't hate the guy but nor do I see why people thank your post but not get involved with this conversation, I rather see most of those other people posting in the unlocker thread post here as well... My point of view is most don't want to even step up for there own words. Happy unlocking everyone

Alright, users issues have been addressed by Olipro and cmonex. Im closing this down. they have given you the right course of action to get this issue solved and they have also stated they they are improving there system to avoid issues. Some people are gettign a lil hot under the collar here. And i have to say i can see it from both sides.
With that said, Work with the proper actions to resolve this issue, help your self and help them. Thread closed. go out side or something.
