Re: *****hspl***** is there support for it anymore?

First of all, I'd like to follow up and say I heard back from cmonex, who was very patient and helpful. Thank you!
That's all I was really complaining about- I got this replacement phone and felt frustrated with my experience trying to unlock it. When I had questions/concerns, it became even more frustrating when I felt like I was being ignored. Perhaps it was just bad timing, but I found this thread of others with similar complaints/problems, it just sort of fueled some angry remarks.
I'd like to apologize for that.

If you can tell me, you must be a ****ing genius, perhaps you'd care to solve the P=NP problem too.
I claim to be no genius. However, as I suggested to cmonex, perhaps you should allow 2-3 unlocks per person before declaring them running a business? Many people get replacement phones, or live in the same house / dorm with the same handset. Who is to say which person gets the "free" unlock? Could raise all sorts of complaints about being fair (which I'm sure it has).

Obviously, the person with 100 imeis to unlock should be flagged as having to pay for them. But if I may be so bold, I'd like to suggest that one per person/IP/etc may be unnecessarily limiting to people who are NOT looking to sell your work.

But see, this didn't work for me- the very first time I ran the unlocker, I had to submit a ticket to clear my IMEI. Why? I have a static IP and it was my first Rhodium. Doesn't make sense.
Then, when I got my replacement, I knew my IP would be flagged, so I figured I'll do it from work. Work IP is also static, and I know all the phones here (there's about 7 people who work here, the only other HTC in the building is an old Vogue). It complained again. So I was wondering why it failed again- I thought maybe it had to do with the radio (since I didn't activate service on the new phone yet, I was wondering if it failed because the radio was on without service). So I went to ask, and my messages and support ticket requests went unanswered. Looking to the forum for others with my questions, I found this thread.

If you do however and you feel that it's your moral right to get our work for free then as I said before, you can contact us and wait.

because guess what? IT IS NOT A FÚCKING ENTITLEMENT.
I understand that, and I respect your work (I really do apologize for mentioning pirating it). But look at it from our perspective... yes, we had to pay for a replacment phone. We're not happy about that, especially because asurion raised their deductibles. I'm already trying to figure out what I can cut back on this month so the $100 doesn't hit me as hard. I'd like to not have to pay for it, especially since I'm still not selling your work or anything.
So I had questions about the activation and why it failed, and what I could do about it, preferably without paying for it. If I *have* to pay for it, that's another story. I wouldn't be happy about it, but I would have no right to complain. I complained because I didn't get a response.
