If mobile shell was out long before android then that only shows how much winmo was sitting on their ass. if they wouldve done what android did, then they couldve stayed on top as the mobile smartphone dominator but instead it let apple take that title and GOOGLE will soon take it from them. nobody is even considering winmo as anything until winmo 7 comes. its only the users on ppcgeeks and xda that still basically use winmo, other then that winmo will be dead without a change.

Once again yu need a fact checker. Winmo has a MUCH bigger market share than Android right now. And Winmo's market share is actually GROWING at the moment.

And yes, mobile shell was out long before Android. MS didn't market enough, that's why the iPhone sold so many more units than Winmo. Google is learning that same lesson with the Nexus One. The lesser spec'd Droid totally destroyed it in sales (as did the HD2).

Yeah, Mobile shell was out like 2 or 3 years before Android. I was running it on a winmo 5 PPC-6700 back in the day.
