I just tried that site and was 1st told to go see a sprint store or call.

So I reworked a few of the choices and got a remand 6800.

Yes I just tried it again and seems I have an open claim with them.. Going to see if I have something cached to clear that out.

This is what I get when I have "water damage"

The replacement option for your insured equipment is a REMANUFACTURED HTC 6800 MOGUL. This equipment is selected based on comparable features and functions of your insured equipment. A charger will be included with your replacement phone. Do you wish to proceed with this replacement option?
Selecting "No" at this stage will prompt you to call Asurion for further verification and claim processing. A different replacement option will not likely be offered.

Then its yes or no. Oh well.

i just went on asurion and made a clame to replace my htc touch from sprint and it has a bleeding lcd screen and this wut i got...

We currently have a REMANUFACTURED HTC 6900 TOUCH in stock and will send this replacement to you. Do you want the Phone Charger replaced?

That sucks, I guess it was just one of those right place right time kinda things like Sprints AEP.

WooHoo!!! I finally got a Touch Pro as a replacement! So my 4th Mogul starts acting up on me, I came into a sprint repair center to try and get a replacement and the rep told me that the system is showing that I will get another Mogul as replacement. I said that is fine. They called me today to come pick up my replacement phone. I got there, was looking around while they get my fone, I was expecting another mogul until I turned and looked at the rep and he had a TP laying on his desk. So I ask him if that was what they replaced my phone with? He replied yes. I was thinking "SWEET!"
So what happened was, after I had left when I first came in, they got busy so they never got to put in th eorder for my replacement. At the end of the day, they finally had time to do it and luckily enough, they were out of Moguls at that exact moment and the TP showed up as a replacement. I'm a lucky bastard!

Tried again and still getting a re-man. Think its time to go in to the store the people at the store have always been a little more helpful then a website. Worst case is I'm done with Sprint. Don't like the idea of paying 200+ then $50 and another 50. Soon to be 100. For some ones broken phone.
