WooHoo!!! I finally got a Touch Pro as a replacement! So my 4th Mogul starts acting up on me, I came into a sprint repair center to try and get a replacement and the rep told me that the system is showing that I will get another Mogul as replacement. I said that is fine. They called me today to come pick up my replacement phone. I got there, was looking around while they get my fone, I was expecting another mogul until I turned and looked at the rep and he had a TP laying on his desk. So I ask him if that was what they replaced my phone with? He replied yes. I was thinking "SWEET!"
So what happened was, after I had left when I first came in, they got busy so they never got to put in th eorder for my replacement. At the end of the day, they finally had time to do it and luckily enough, they were out of Moguls at that exact moment and the TP showed up as a replacement. I'm a lucky bastard!
