I also used the advanced replacement website. It also gave me the Touch Pro. We'll see in a couple days. =)

Thanks for the heads up guys! The refurbed mogul I got directly through Sprint is awful (white spot, loose keyboard, poor battery life). Though it "technically" is still working, based on my experience with the 4 moguls I've already have had, it wouldn't be for long. I wasn't jonesing for a TP, but I won't accept another mogul with that !@#$ white burn spot on the screen. Shame on HTC for never fixing that! I tried to go through Sprint to get a replacement for the last refurb I got via repair, but the best they would do was an additional $75 off the web price. That meant for extending my contract another 2 years I could have a TP for $431. What a deal. All I wanted was a mogul that worked as well as my last before it died of yet another failed usb port. Hopefully, this TP will serve me as well as the mogul did when it worked and prove to be a bit more reliable. Goodbye white spot!!!

I called and will be getting a referb mogul. Can someone give the website for advanced replacement? I'll try that next time.

Just called asurion. sure enough.. "we are out of moguls, but we can sent you a TP" SWEET thanx for the tips guys

I took the "Employees Helping Customers" route, and was first sent a refurbed Mogul. Powered it up, and it had the same problem, white spot. So I called them back, and now they're sending me a Touch Pro. At least I didn't have to go the Asurion way... saved myself $50, and a headache!

Service & Repair Warehouse now is sending brand new Touch Pro Kits for Moguls...for now.

I just did my insurance replacement over the phone with Sprint T/S. I hope for the best. Will report back, in two to four Bizz days.

I just did the advanced exchange and a TP should be at my door in a few days. Cost me $120 (billed to my account) but better than the $579 I would've had to pay normally.
