Yes I just tried it again and seems I have an open claim with them.. Going to see if I have something cached to clear that out.

The replacement option for your insured equipment is a REMANUFACTURED HTC 6800 MOGUL. This equipment is selected based on comparable features and functions of your insured equipment. A charger will be included with your replacement phone. Do you wish to proceed with this replacement option?
Selecting "No" at this stage will prompt you to call Asurion for further verification and claim processing. A different replacement option will not likely be offered.
Then its yes or no. Oh well.
