well, i must say some of you guys are truely blessed and very fortunate...i however have had problems with sprint and their "customer service" reps since i established service in 2006, currently i'm on my 3rd refurbished mogul, the phone is f**ked!! lol, i took my phone off charge at 6:00 am this morning, it's now 8:30 and i'm around 70%...i recieve about on average 50-100 txts aday (twitter,bf,bank of america etc.) all of which are nomally 5-10 mins later but i ALWAYS have, email checks every 4 hrs, and i don't touch the phone much throughtout the day...it just became a serious problem where my phone doesn't make it through lunch time; keys often stick, screen lags and the phone itself will stop vibrating/making noise out of nowhere...i've been to repair centers, called tech support, spoke with advanced exchange and even escalations...but you guessed it! i still have this piece of crap!...currently i'm in a battle with one of the repair centers, i went 2 weeks ago to get my phone looked at/ fixed, after the "hour of doom" i came back to my phone in the exact some settings/conditions it was when i came in, i was told they'd have to order me another phone- which i declined because it was gonna be shipped to that store and i don't live in the area. long story short, the numbnut ordered it anyway...i told them to cancel, was told they did, went to a closer store 2 days later and tried to get a phone from them and they said they couldnt because the other store had it in their inventory for me!
so after calling the store 50 million times i never got in contact with a human...i wasn't about to waste my time finding a ride to the store and the phone may/may not be there....i called and rep after rep gave me different stories, and was even lied to, one told me she got in contact with them and they had it, went out to the store the same day and guess what??? they sent the phone back!!!!!!!!!..i let them order it again and when i asked why i wasn't contacted when it arrived??, i was told they don't do that
...and i'm currently waiting on that...besides the rude, stick-to-the-script customer service reps and techs what amazes me is that 1. i'm going through all this b.s. only to recieve another REFURBISHED phone????- i wasn't even offered a TP, or SNAP off general dissatisfaction....they want to play by the book soooooooooooooooo hard, it's ALOT more to the story, but i'll save that for better business bureau...i want them to waive my termination fee so i can get out this contract...they lost a valuable customer over some simpleness.
