We picked up the phone on Saturday and to our non-surprise, the keyboard was already jacked up. The function key didn't work at all and the keyboard was still missing key presses. I spent an hour on the phone today with tech support trying to get the phone to provision because the internet wasn't working. After an hour of trying they told us to go to the store because the phone was bad.
Anyways, we went into the store and talked to the same nice girl that that replaced her phone with the refurb mogul last time and told her our problems. Wife was a bit upset because she's not as patient as I am but it worked in our favor because they replaced her Mogul with a Touch Pro.
She's happy with it for now and I think it's a great phone for her but I have no doubt that she's going to begin to have the typical Touch Pro issues in no time. Either way, no more dinosaur Mogul for us.
