Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

My wife and I both had Moguls on my account and I was fortunate enough to have both of them (both with defective keyboards) replaced with Touch Pros! When they first came out! I talked to Asurion insurance tho. And I paid the $100 fee they charge but hey, its a lot cheaper than the $299 (upgrade/new) pricetag for it currently! I have a good account history and good current account standing so I was able to charge the costs directly to my Sprint account.

Heads up, it took literally 5 days for my Asurion Refurbished Mogul to crap out... get this, Should i have to recharge my phone at least once every hour to prevent it from completely dying?? and should it die even while on a charger? No joke, i haven't sent in my old phone yet because i need to use it as a charger..... WTF ASURION???? Sprint customer for over 6 years, never once had to use the insurance before this one but have had it on every device ive owned...

went into Sprint yesterday for my 8th or 9th phone... lost count...

anyway

Talked with the manager, and after looking up on my account and seeing 3 in the past month he immediately said that he could exchange my phone for another. The only phone he could offer for free was the htc snap, or other phones at a discount. I decided to go with the snap and just hold onto my upgrade that I have available and maybe use it later. HTC snap has been good to me thus far, and only thing I really miss is wifi. Good riddens to my mogul though, nothing but problems.

One other note the manager said that it was because of the touch pro that the insurance deductible went up. Apparently they were taking a big hit on those phones.

Mogul gone, so cya later Titan forums...

I'm surprised it wasn't because of the titans or were they taking a hit from people claiming insurance on their **** *** moguls and getting touch pros from it?
