My wife and I both had Moguls on my account and I was fortunate enough to have both of them (both with defective keyboards) replaced with Touch Pros! When they first came out! I talked to Asurion insurance tho. And I paid the $100 fee they charge but hey, its a lot cheaper than the $299 (upgrade/new) pricetag for it currently! I have a good account history and good current account standing so I was able to charge the costs directly to my Sprint account.
