After have my Mogul replaced 3 times in two week. I was given a new Touch Pro from the insurance company. The service tech at the Sprint store told me to call Sprint retentions department and complain. I did that and the rep for Sprint put a credit on my bill for $110. to cover the charge for the insurance claim. Which she did and I got my new touch pro the next day. It also help that i've been with Sprint for 12 years.

Yes sprint is still giving out moguls. wow ive been with sprint since 1999 and they told me "there is no one getting touch pros for moguls in any type of exchange. it has never happened and it will never happen. especialy not to me because i have been flagged as an upgrade fisher." Sprint is awesome. I paid 600$ for an apache in 2003 and they gave me a free upgrade to the crappy mogul after 4 apaches. im on my 11th mogul now. SPRINT SUCKS i hope someone who works for them reads this and feels bad. but i doubt it cus this world is full of selfish heartless bastards like each person i talked to at sprint. I cant wait till my contract runs out so i can get a iphone. My advice if your trying to get a touch pro: give it up. even if you get one they are crap phones compared to whats comin out soon. Sprint is hands down the worst cell phone carrier and i hope they do go out of business

Wow such harsh words, I think Sprint has improved the way they do business and I find talking to the right people helps as well. For the most part ecare has always helped me out. Maybe its the way you present yourself or problem to them? Going through 11 Moguls might have raised the flag to them? I had the Mogul before I switched to the Touch then the Touch Pro and I only went through 1 Mogul. This is just my opinion only. You see when people start creating false problems just in order to get a new device makes it harder for those who have a legit claim (not saying your claims were fales, I guess somehow it is possible for 11 products in a row to all be defective).

Took my mogul in today that was basically not working.. couldn't make calls or anything.
The rep turned me away since I had no insurance..

Im sorry for being harsh, it may be the reason i dont have a TP. advance exchange makes it easy to get refurbs, i have also gotten 4 thru stores. the problems go back to when i yelled at some sales rep on the phone. sprint has told me they do not want my business. asurion seems promising but unafforable at this point

11 moguls in 3 years isnt to bad. they seem to become unusable after a couple months. the most common issue i have is keyboard problems and wifi switch/antenna problems. also ive never returned them for randomly shutting off and the white dots ont he screen. those are the character that comes with each mogul. my newest mogul has a white smear in the bottom left side of the screen the size of a pea
