Nope, they are upgrading you to the TOUCH PRO.. I just did mine 2 days ago, I said my mogul was messin up and the insurance company sent me a TOUCH PRO!!!

I just received another Mogul yesterday as a replacement because of a button mishap. If you go to a Sprint store they will either give you a Mogul that they happen to have, or they will order a refurbished one from the factory. Still. At least not in NYC.

Just picked up a replacement Mogul from a Sprint store. Had bad buttons on front. Went yesterday and they said they would order a replacement or I could pay to upgrade. So I told them to order the replacement and to day got a Mogul. Although I did check Assuron and I could have gotten a touch pro for the $100 deductible. So I guess they still have them, at least in my area, PA DE border.

I was reading this Thread and well i live in Michigan and i did the online thing and this is what is said"
"The replacement option for your insured equipment is a UT STARCOM 6850. This equipment is selected based on comparable features and functions of your insured equipment. A charger will be included with your replacement phone. Do you wish to proceed with this replacement option? Selecting "No" at this stage will prompt you to call Asurion for further verification and claim processing. A different replacement option will not likely be offered." lol to bad im broke and i still ow some money and they cut my second line off so my 1st line is gonna be cut soon.. but im guessing this is the touch pro rite?? |

i just took my busted *** mogul into a sprint store, CSR wanted to argue about replacing it even though i listed off a list of things wrong with it, said it was an insurance matter, then tried to sell me a touch pro, i laughed at him and said i would just buy the touch pro when i got back into town from my preferred retailer, not some d-bag who wouldnt RMA my phone... being that im not going home for a week i called up the insurance provider (Asurion, i believe), and explained to em the issue, and she was like ok, asked for some info and said they were sending me out a touch pro, which should be arriving here at the hotel by 3pm tomorrow, they are sending it next day air which is nifty... cost me $100 for the deductable =-D
mexking, not sure if that is the touch pro, but im from MI as well, so you should be good... asurion was faster and more pleasant than anyone ive ever dealt with at sprint... even told me to fill my belly when i said i couldnt do the survey cause i was in the drive through =-P hope this helps! |
