i just took my busted *** mogul into a sprint store, CSR wanted to argue about replacing it even though i listed off a list of things wrong with it, said it was an insurance matter, then tried to sell me a touch pro, i laughed at him and said i would just buy the touch pro when i got back into town from my preferred retailer, not some d-bag who wouldnt RMA my phone... being that im not going home for a week i called up the insurance provider (Asurion, i believe), and explained to em the issue, and she was like ok, asked for some info and said they were sending me out a touch pro, which should be arriving here at the hotel by 3pm tomorrow, they are sending it next day air which is nifty... cost me $100 for the deductable =-D


mexking, not sure if that is the touch pro, but im from MI as well, so you should be good... asurion was faster and more pleasant than anyone ive ever dealt with at sprint... even told me to fill my belly when i said i couldnt do the survey cause i was in the drive through =-P
